Move Over Plastic Surgeons:
Dentistry is no longer just teeth.
Dr. Ruiz will present the rationale for
facial-cosmetic dentistry. The course
will review diagnosis and treatment
planning; and principles of facial balance,
symmetry and dental-facial design and
smile rejuvenation.

Professional background:
Dr. Ruiz is a clinical instructor at USC
School of Dentistry, and is the course
director of the USC Advanced Esthetic
Continuum for 2004. A fellow of AGD,
he is a clinical instructor at Gordon
Christensen’s PPC, Provo, Utah; and an
independent evaluator for CRA. He has
a passion for high-technology, cosmetic
dentistry and team leadership. Dr. Ruiz
is a general dentist practicing in the studio
district of Burbank, where he serves many
stars and entertainers.
