Dr. Levine is a graduate of University
of Minnesota School of Dentistry. He
completed his residency at Tufts New
England Medical Center. He is a former
associate professor of periodontics at
Northwestern University School of
Dentistry and a faculty member of
Misch Implant Institute. Dr. Levine is
a fellow of International Congress of
Oral Implantologists, International
College of Dentists, and Odontographic
