Course description:

Incorporating Lasers Into General Practice:
All hard and soft tissue lasers approved
by the FDA are discussed, with hands-on
participation. Topics include laser use
in: periodontics, implantology, fixed and
removable prosthetics, preprosthetic
surgery, oral medicine and surgery,
pedodontics, operative dentistry and
endodontics. At the conclusion of
the course, participants will be able to
incorporate lasers into their practices
– first thing tomorrow morning!

Professional background:
Dr. Convissar is a pioneer in lasers.
An internationally acclaimed lecturer
from London to Florence to Hong Kong,
he has published 14 peer-reviewed papers
translated into six languages. He is the only
dentist in the history of Dental Clinics of
North America to have edited two issues:
Lasers and Light Amplification in Dentistry
(October 2000) and Lasers in Clinical Dentistry
(October 2004). Dr. Convissar practices
cosmetic, laser and restorative dentistry
in New York.
